In-Network
Many clients receive services with little to no cost to themselves by using their insurance benefits. Depending on your plan, services may covered 100% or require a cost-share such as a co-pay, coinsurance or deductible.
Self-Pay
If I am not in-network with your insurance company or you elect to not use your insurance benefits, you will be billed at the following rates:
Initial assessment- $150
Follow up sessions- $135
Out-of-Network
If I am not in-network with your insurance, your services may still be covered depending on your plan. I am happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for any reimbursement you may be eligible for. The superbill does not guarantee reimbursement.
